4. $KEEN – Allocation

Principles

At the core of Keenest platform's ecosystem, the Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) functions as a pivotal element, instrumental in guiding the overall trajectory and key decisions of the platform. It represents a collaborative and democratic system, embodying the ethos of decentralization that is central to the platform's philosophy.

This approach ensures that the Keenest platform remains true to the needs and desires of its community. It empowers members to have a direct impact on the platform's evolution, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility. In essence, the DAO is more than just a decision-making entity; it's a manifestation of the collective will of the Keenest community, driving the platform forward in a way that aligns with its shared values and vision.

Initially, governance rights will be acquired through Climate Token holding until the introduction of the $KEEN governance token. This autonomous association plays a pivotal role in actively voting on which projects sourced by Keenest to launch on the platform. The frequency of these votes is yet to be determined.

For the long-term stability and viability of the $KEEN token, we did not want to allow investors to spend $KEEN to invest in Climate Techs. This would have a negative effect on the token and therefore on the investors, whom we wish to protect. We do not wish to offer discounts, as this would reduce the profitability of other investors.

However, the $KEEN will be very useful for those wishing to participate in the sale. By blocking their $KEEN tokens before a sale, investors will have early access to the sale and a minimal guaranteed allocation.
